These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of M8Flow AI's website, application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

1. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

1.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Service for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the Service.

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Use the Service to transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Subscription Fees

Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the subscription fees as displayed on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

3.2 Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing to our Service, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. You agree to comply with Paddle's terms and conditions, which are available at paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms.

3.3 Billing Cycle

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it. You will receive a reminder notice before your subscription renews. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your M8Flow service within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at support@m8flow.app or by calling us. 5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of M8Flow AI or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited license to access and use our Service for your personal or business purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from our Service.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you upload, submit, or transmit through our Service ("User Content"). By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant M8Flow AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and improving our Service.

6.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your User Content. You warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M8Flow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M8Flow AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may terminate your subscription at any time by canceling your account through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oman, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oman.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
